I have taken Floxin and Levaquin and have had serious reactions to both medicines. I have also had some of the top Physician's at a teaching hospital  tell me it was the medicine's. Can I sue the Doctor who prescribed them and continued to prescribe them  under names I did not know were floxins. No. Now you tell me why not. If a  person states they are allergic or have a reaction to a med and is given that  med and has to be hospitalized because of it why can't they be sues.
