I need to identify a good neurologist in the Chicago land area. I have suffered many neurological symptoms from Levaquin. Although much of the tingling, pins and needle, and numbness symptoms have abated, I still some neuro muscular symptoms. I am looking for a good neurologist in the Chicago land area who specializes in neuro-muscular problems.
