I have posted a few times, and just wanted post something interesting that just happened...

I went into a Neurologist about the symptoms that I have been having from the Cipro, which I took for 2 1/2 months. (Of course, the Dr. that prescribed it to me insisted it was not the Cipro...) I described the symptoms, he did some basic tests, and then he dropped the bomb on me...

He told me that if I would have come in two days earlier he would have told me it wasn't the Cipro, but that he had just seen a patient YESTERDAY, that had the exact same symptoms, and she also blamed the Cipro she was taking.

He told me he told her it was unlikely that it was the Cipro, but he was open minded enough that now he thinks there maybe something to this. He told me he is going to call her back and discuss it with her. I am going to continue to work with him to see what we can come up with.

Unfortunately, I think this is how this problem is going to be addressed -little investigations here and there, until finally there becomes enough 'cases' that they cannot help but examine the situation.

I am rambling a little here, but it was exciting to finally here a Doctor acknowledge the possibility it was the Cipro.
