For what it's worth, I've experienced pain in both my hips. While the majority of pain was in other places, my hips did get FQ'd as well. But, it seems to have subsided in this area but has remained elsewhere. I think any joint or tendon can be FQ'D if your unlucky enough to experience this nasty ADR to fluoroquinolones.
