Subject: Re: Biaxin 

During one of my "flares", I was in the doctor's office with several complaints and one of them was an on going sore throat (around 10 days without getting better) He prescribed Biaxin and I had no problem with it. He has also told me to use Lotrimin on the Candida rash. I laughed at him and said something like fighting Candida and taking more antibiotics seems like creating a microbiological battlefield on my body. He just gave me a smug look and left the room. This is the doctor I fired and the one who originally gave me the Levaquin.  

Anyway, I didn't have a problem with the Biaxin, my throat got better, I am still fighting the Candida.. going on 8 months now.
